K AESTHETICS CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings at K Aesthetics are deposit free but at K Aesthetics Training Academy they require an initial payment. Unfortunately these deposits are non-refundable. 

K Aesthetics Cancellation Policy
This policy ensures a smooth experience for all clients and helps us manage our schedule effectively. By booking an appointment with K Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a new course if 2 weeks notice is provided for rescheduling.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given your charged 100% of the treatment price.
No-show clients will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Until this fee is settled, clients will not be able to rebook.

2. Pre-Care Compliance
To ensure optimal treatment results and safety, clients are required to follow specific pre-care instructions, including drinking 2 litres of water in the 24 hours prior and avoiding alcohol for 24 hours before the appointment.

If pre-care instructions are not adhered to, K Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel the treatment on the day, and your deposit will be forfeited.

3.Clinic Cancellation and Rescheduling
K Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including practitioner illness, building maintenance, or staffing conflicts.

We are not liable for any travel costs incurred due to rescheduled or cancelled appointments. We recommend booking refundable or changeable travel tickets and considering travel insurance in case of unexpected schedule changes.

4. Pregnancy Policy
If you become pregnant after booking your appointment, deposits are not refundable; however, we can hold your deposit on file for you to use once you are eligible to resume treatments.

5. Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time or, in some cases, rescheduling of the appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.

6. Refunds
K Aesthetics does not provide refunds for completed treatments, as results can vary between individuals.

7. Emergency Changes
If unexpected situations such as severe weather or emergencies prevent either party from attending, K Aesthetics will endeavour to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
