Simply download the app, create your profile, and choose your treatment, practitioner, and preferred date and time. You’ll receive confirmation straight away along with your pre-treatment information.

Each appointment includes several key stages to ensure your safety and satisfaction:

1. Booking & Consultation – You’ll complete a medical history form and discuss your goals with your practitioner.

2. Assessment & Planning – We’ll assess your facial structure, review your medical information, and plan your treatment safely.

3. Treatment – The procedure will be carried out using advanced, sterile techniques.

4. Aftercare – You’ll receive full aftercare advice and follow-up support.

We always make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident before proceeding.

If it’s your first time having filler, don’t worry — you’re in safe hands.

We start with a thorough consultation to discuss your goals, explain the treatment process, and answer any questions. The procedure itself usually takes around 30–45 minutes, and you can expect some mild swelling or redness afterwards. Results are visible straight away but settle fully within 2–3 weeks.

You’ll be provided with full aftercare guidance and we’re always available for support.

Both are hyaluronic acid-based fillers, but there are differences in brand research, cross-linking technology, and longevity.

Mild, short-term effects are completely normal and include:

• Swelling or redness at the injection site

• Tenderness or small lumps

• Bruising (which fades in a few days)

Serious complications such as vascular occlusion are extremely rare (less than 0.05%) and your practitioner is fully trained to manage them safely if they occur.

Fat dissolving injections (such as Lemon Bottle or Aqualyx) contain natural compounds that break down stubborn fat cells, which are then flushed out by your body’s lymphatic system.

They are perfect for targeting small, resistant areas such as the chin, jawline, stomach, arms or thighs.
You may experience some swelling or tenderness for a few days while your body processes the fat cells.

Skin boosters use a high concentration of hyaluronic acid injected into the skin to deeply hydrate, tighten and remodel the tissue.

Unlike filler, they don’t add volume — instead, they stimulate collagen and elastin, improving skin quality, glow, and firmness.
Results develop gradually over 4–6 weeks and typically last up to 6 months.

We understand that plans change, but we do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the appointment value.

We do not offer refunds once a treatment has been completed, as results vary between individuals.
However, we are always happy to review your results and provide advice or follow-up treatment if required.

Yes — consultations are mandatory before any injectable treatment. They ensure your safety, suitability, and allow us to personalise your plan.

For new clients, consultations are usually completed on the day of treatment.

Yes. All K Aesthetics practitioners are qualified, insured, and fully trained in complications management. We only use licensed products and adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards.

A review can be arranged if needed. For anti-wrinkle injections, reviews are typically offered around 2–3 weeks post-treatment to check results and make any small adjustments if required.

Absolutely. Every client receives full aftercare instructions and has access to out-of-hours support for any post-treatment concerns.
