FOUNDATION ANTI-WRINKLE TOXIN COURSE

COURSE OVERVIEW

This comprehensive training programme equips you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely and effectively perform anti-wrinkle treatments. Combining classroom learning and home study, you will gain a strong theoretical foundation covering anatomy and physiology of the face and skin, treatment areas, product knowledge, and safe injection techniques.

Our training places a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and best practice, ensuring you are fully prepared to work to industry standards. You will also benefit from collaboration with healthcare professionals and access to our Prescribers Hub, helping you integrate safely and legally into clinical practice.

You will attend hands-on training at K Aesthetics Training Academy, where you will observe live demonstrations and perform treatments on live models under the guidance of our expert trainers. All successful delegates will receive a fully accredited CPD certificate upon completion.

COURSE COMPONENTS

Theory:
• Anatomy and physiology of the skin and facial muscles
• Pain management and client comfort protocols
• Health, hygiene, and infection control systems
• Product knowledge and treatment area overview
• Client consultation and consent protocols (including medical history)
• Safe sharps disposal and legal considerations
• Compliance and safety standards in aesthetics practice

Practical:
• Injection technique practice on prosthetic skin
• Live demonstrations
• Supervised treatments on live models

• Forehead lines
• Frown lines
• Crow’s feet

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Open to:
• Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Dental Nurses, Podiatrists, Radiologists, Paramedics
• SPMU practitioners with 6+ months’ experience
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Level 3 Principles of Aesthetics, or equivalent qualifications

If you do not currently meet the entry requirements, you can still train with us by completing the course via our Pathway Access route.
